Franklin Gardens. New Senior Housing Community!



CNRC is currently working on a new housing development that will be located near the intersection of E.M. Franklin and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The development will be open to seniors (age 62+) who meet certain income-level requirements.

Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation (CNRC)



CNRC stands for the Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation.

CNRC is a 501 c3 non profit community development corporation established in 2000 to address affordable housing.

We have built two single family affordable housing homes in the neighborhood, pictured here.

CNRC is currently working on a 22-unit senior affordable housing project at EM Franklin and MLK.
